BAKFlip G2
6.1 our score out of 10
BAK's cheaper folder: fine if you open the bed a few times a week and don't mind lifting a panel to shut the tailgate.

What owners say
Of the six who describe water in their own bed in reports about the G2 alone, two say it stays dry, one calls it waterproof enough, two get a few drips and one is replacing seals on a used cover. The complaints are the extra step of lifting the rear panel to close the tailgate, aluminum that dents in hail, a heavy fold, Toyota deck-rail drop brackets that one owner bent and another calls cheap, and one G2 refunded over unnamed issues; of the five who have had both a G2 and an MX4, two prefer the MX4.
