The complaints are the extra step of lifting the rear panel to close the tailgate, aluminum that dents in hail, a heavy fold, Toyota deck-rail drop brackets that one owner bent and another calls cheap, and one G2 refunded over unnamed issues; of the five who have had both a G2 and an MX4, two prefer the MX4. | They like the easy install, the full bed access and the price.
