Best Floor Liners for a DT Ram 1500: Husky WeatherBeater by Cab

Quick Take
For a DT Ram 1500 built from 2019 through 2024, Crew Cab or Quad Cab, the floor liner to buy is the Husky WeatherBeater. It's a stiff molded tray with a driver's piece that climbs over the footrest, its underside is covered in nibs that dig into the carpet, and we confirmed a three-piece set for each cab. On a Crew Cab it costs noticeably less than TuxMat's set.
Two things can change the answer. Husky's Crew Cab set is listed only for trucks with factory under-seat storage, so lift the rear seat before you order it. And for a 2025 or newer Crew Cab, the one full set we could confirm is the 3D MAXpider Kagu, which we haven't reviewed. Make sure the truck is a DT and not the older Ram 1500 Classic, too: of our picks, only TuxMat's listing rules the Classic out by name.
Every pick below lists the DT cabs and model years we confirmed on its own Amazon page, with search links for the rest, so you can find your cab and year in one place. See picks ↓
Buying liners for a Ram 1500 comes down to four questions. Is it a Crew Cab or a Quad Cab? Is there a factory storage bin under the rear seat? Was it built before or after the 2025 model year, where several listings stop? And is it a DT at all, since Ram kept selling the previous body new as the Ram 1500 Classic? Every liner maker answers those with separate listings, and most of them name the cab and year in the title.
If you're buying aftermarket, buy the Husky WeatherBeater. TuxMat costs more and suits a 2019-2024 Crew Cab in snow country, where a vinyl top that stays less slick under snowy boots and runs further up the footwell walls earns the extra money. Plenty of Ram owners never buy aftermarket at all, though, and we'd understand why: Ram's own Mopar all-weather mats are a strong choice on this truck, as we cover further down. We'd have liked to list the WeatherTech FloorLiner too, but we couldn't confirm a DT listing for it on Amazon.
Which DT gets which liner
- Crew Cab, 2019-2024, with the factory bin under the rear seat: the WeatherBeater three-piece set. It's the confirmed set made for that layout, and its rear piece can be trimmed to reach the tie-down hooks in the floor.
- Crew Cab, 2019-2024, without the bin: Husky's front pair, then a rear piece that suits your floor. The Kagu second-row liner is confirmed for the Crew Cab and doesn't mention storage either way. TuxMat's Crew Cab set, whose listing doesn't mention storage, is the other route if you want a floor that's less slick in snow and don't mind paying for it; compare its photos with your floor.
- Quad Cab: the WeatherBeater Quad Cab set, listed through 2025. The Kagu has a Quad Cab set for trucks with a front bench, and it costs more.
- Crew Cab, 2025 on: the Kagu full set for trucks with front bucket seats, a liner we haven't reviewed. Husky and TuxMat both list sets for these years, but we couldn't confirm either one.
On WeatherTech's own site, both the FloorLiner and its softer HP version come up for every Ram 1500 year from 2019 through 2027, with no cab split shown, and we couldn't confirm an Amazon listing, so it isn't a pick here. Search for the WeatherTech Ram 1500 FloorLiner and check fit for your truck.
The reviewed liners, side by side
All three reviewed liners are cut from a laser scan of one vehicle and sold by cab and layout; the Husky WeatherBeater, WeatherTech FloorLiner and TuxMat reviews lay out each maker's material, coverage, install and warranty terms. Husky's no-trimming claim is about the fit; its Ram Crew Cab listing adds that you can trim the rear liner to reach the floor tie-downs if you use them.
Don't read "soft" on the Husky Ram listings as rubbery: underfoot the WeatherBeater is a firm tray, nearer WeatherTech's original FloorLiner than anything you'd call cushioned. The softer lines are Husky's X-act Contour, which we like for its grip though owners say newer sets run thinner, and WeatherTech's FloorLiner HP, which we haven't confirmed for the DT.
We haven't reviewed the Kagu. Its 2025-2026 Crew Cab listing describes a thermoplastic rubber top over XPE foam for comfort and noise reduction, a patented anti-skid backing and raised side edges. The second-row liner's listing says less: raised edges, a patented backing meant to hold it in place without harming the carpet, and an inner layer that absorbs shock and sound.
Crew Cab or Quad Cab, year by year
Here's what each brand's Amazon pages confirmed for each DT layout, next to the listings we found and couldn't confirm:

Part numbers and the exact listing wording sit in each pick's fit table below. Husky's front-pair listing asks you to check its images against your cab before ordering, and that's sound advice for every brand on this truck. A one-piece Husky center hump liner is also listed for both cabs; we couldn't confirm it, so it sits in the Husky fit table as a search link.
What's under the rear seat
On a Crew Cab, fold up the rear seat cushion before you shop. Husky's three-piece Crew Cab set is listed for trucks with factory under-seat storage, and the same listing says it won't fit the Quad Cab. If your truck has the bin, that set is the one to buy. If it doesn't, we haven't confirmed a Husky rear liner for your floor, so pair the Husky front liners with a rear piece whose listing matches your truck.
Then look at the floor itself. Husky's Crew Cab listing says the rear liner can be trimmed to reach the cargo tie-down hooks in the floor, and one owner's Husky rear piece came marked for openings over the floor bins as well, so you cut those yourself if you want them. Leave it whole if you rarely open the bins; the floor stays covered. A stiff tray has to come up in one piece to reach a bin you didn't cut out. Ram's factory all-weather mats have no cutouts either, but most owners who use them say the mats bend back far enough to reach the bins without coming out.
TuxMat's 2019-2024 Crew Cab listing doesn't mention storage at all, and neither does the Kagu second-row liner. Compare each listing's photos with your rear floor, and if the seller can't tell you which layout a set was cut for, order a different set.
2025 and newer trucks
For the 2025 model year, the listings change. Husky's front pair and Crew Cab set are listed through 2024, and TuxMat's Crew Cab set stops at 2024 as well. The Husky Quad Cab set runs through 2025. Husky and TuxMat both list later Crew Cab sets, Husky's for 2025-2026 and TuxMat's for 2025-on trucks with the rear storage box, but we couldn't confirm either on Amazon, so both are search links in the fit tables.
That leaves the Kagu as the one full set we confirmed for a 2025-2026 Crew Cab, and its listing specifies front bucket seats. If your truck has a front bench, the listing doesn't cover it. A set cut for an older truck may still go in, but don't count on it. One owner moved a Husky set from a 2019 Limited into a 2026 Tungsten and rates the fit at about 98%, while noting the liners weren't made for the newer truck. Order the listing for your model year.
Moving liners to a newer truck also ends Husky's warranty, which covers the original buyer only while that buyer owns the vehicle and not once the liners go into another one. WeatherTech's and TuxMat's warranties don't transfer to a new owner either, so a used set comes with no coverage at all.
DT or Classic: check the listing
Ram kept building the older DS body and sold it new as the Ram 1500 Classic alongside the DT from 2019, so a 2019-on model year doesn't tell you which truck you have, and neither does the trim. A 2019 Bighorn can be the older truck. Check your registration or window sticker for the Classic name before you order anything that fits by body.
Among our picks, TuxMat is the only brand whose listing settles the question: its Crew Cab set says it does not fit Ram Classic models. The Husky and Kagu listings just say Ram 1500 or Dodge Ram 1500 with the DT's years. Those years overlap the Classic's, so the listing won't stop you ordering the wrong one. If you drive a Classic, look for a listing that names it.
Mopar's own all-weather mats
Ram sells its own Mopar all-weather mats, and on this truck they're the strongest rival to anything we pick. Owners like the fit, the Ram logos, a top that's less slick than a WeatherTech's and mats that flex up to reach the floor bins. We haven't reviewed them or confirmed a listing, so they aren't a pick. Owners split on how well they hold a spill, and they aren't indestructible: the owner of a 2023 1500 reports a split in the driver's mat after about three years.
If your truck came with Mopar all-weather mats in good shape, keep them. If it came with carpet mats, or the factory set is worn through, the WeatherBeater is what we'd buy: a stiffer tray that holds a spill and comes with a lifetime warranty against breaking and tearing.
How long each one lasts
The WeatherBeater leads this group for staying power, with sets that still look new after six, eight and about ten years and a Husky set of unnamed line that rode in a Dodge Ram for 17 years before Husky replaced it, while curled edges are the WeatherTech FloorLiner's most common complaint by a wide margin. TuxMat's record is short, with no set we know of much past three years, so watch the stitching on the door-sill side, where a truck set's seams began to separate.
Where we land for each cab
- 2019-2024 Crew Cab with the rear-seat bin: the WeatherBeater three-piece set.
- 2019-2024 Crew Cab without the bin: the WeatherBeater front pair plus a rear liner listed for your floor, or TuxMat's full set in snow country.
- Quad Cab: the WeatherBeater Quad Cab set.
- 2025-on Crew Cab with bucket seats: the Kagu full set, until a Husky or TuxMat listing for your year checks out.
Take the old mats out before fitting a liner, and on a vinyl or rubber floor ask the seller first, since none of the listings we confirmed mentions one. Then, before driving, work both pedals through their full travel and make sure no edge of the liner catches either one.

TuxMat Custom Floor Mats (1st & 2nd Row)
Costs more than the Husky Crew Cab set and stays less slick in snow, with a vinyl top over EVA foam that runs up the walls. The 2019-2024 Crew Cab set we confirmed is the only pick here whose listing rules out the Ram 1500 Classic.

What owners say
Ram owners split three ways: Husky, WeatherTech and Ram's own Mopar all-weather mats. Owners choosing between the two aftermarket brands mostly prefer Husky, though some of that vote comes from HD Rams and few say which Husky line they mean, and a good share of owners put the factory Mopar mats ahead of both. They like the Mopar set for fit, branding and the flex to reach the rear floor bins; against it, one owner says it holds a spill less well than a tray, one set split on the driver's side, and one owner finds the rear mat stops short. One owner's Husky rear liner came marked for cutouts over the floor bins and tie-downs, and a 2019 Limited's Husky set went into a 2026 Tungsten at about a 98% fit. WeatherTech's main complaint is curling edges, and one set wore nearly through at the heel in two years of work boots. We'd put the WeatherBeater in most 2019-2024 DTs and keep a good factory Mopar set where a truck already has one.
“I have the husky liners from my 2019 limited in my 26 Tungsten right now. For such a premium price the carpet mats it came with feel like cheap foam. The older husky does cover the sill panel part way and the fit feels 98%. But they weren’t made for this truck either so that’s just my problem. The quality overall however, is great. I’ll probably get an updated set eventually as they held up for over 7 years now and counting.”
“I have the husky liners and there is a cutout for it and the tie downs. I've left them on though because I don't access them often and want that area protected”
“I looked at both and lined that the Husky mats seemed to come up further on the inside of the footwell. I have no regrets and would buy them again.”
“I had Weathertech previously, but they got really slick after the top layer rubbed off. Now have Husky brand mats and they are much better.”
“I had husky and they were okay at first but over time they started to curl up and no longer fit well”
“My two cents is do NOT go with weather tech. They have curled up on most of the edges and have worn almost all the way through where my right heel works the pedals. This is 2 years of use with dirty work boots.”
“I had Weather Tech in my Silverado, and bought my Ram used and it came with Huskies. I bought the Mopar ones to replace the Husky and don’t regret it a bit. The Mopars are my favorites thus far. The logos, tread pattern, and moulding match everything else on the truck.”
“I have the OEM all weather floor mats which have been excellent. They do not have a cutout for those floor storage bins, but there is enough flex in them to lift them up and access the storage without removing the floor mats.”
