Owners sayReports about the Flip Up or the roll-up, and posts that don't say which Rough Country cover they mean, aren't counted here. Eleven are positive, three mixed and four negative, and all four negatives come from Tacoma owners, mostly about getting the cover to sit flush. They like the easy install, the full bed access and the price. Of the twelve who describe water in the bed, seven report a dry or nearly dry bed, three a little water, mostly at the tailgate end in car washes, and two real leaks, both from fit.
Our verdictA good-value hard folder for a patient installer who rarely needs the front third of the bed.The value soft roll-up we would buy over the Lo Pro: drier on owner record and cheaper on most beds; soap and water only, no conditioners.
