Owners sayFive name the Full Metal version and four describe a vinyl-covered JackRabbit; the rest don't say. Trucks include F-150s, a 2025 Tundra, Tacomas including a 2018, a 2025 Ranger and an old F-250.They like the easy install, the full bed access and the price. Of the twelve who describe water in the bed, seven report a dry or nearly dry bed, three a little water, mostly at the tailgate end in car washes, and two real leaks, both from fit.
Our verdictA long-lived lockable aluminum retractable for less than a RetraxPRO XR; plan on some water and no published load rating. The value soft roll-up we would buy over the Lo Pro: drier on owner record and cheaper on most beds; soap and water only, no conditioners.
